We want you to be fully satisfied with your Topo Athletic purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your movement, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear or apparel in its original packaging and securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
